Thomas Morrissey
Mr. Morrissey is a retired Sergeant Major with more than 30 years in the U.S. Army Special Forces who was shot eight times during his third combat tour in Afghanistan. He subsequently spent three years in rehabilitation at Eisenhower Army Medical Center and Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, both in Augusta. While recuperating, he encouraged other soldiers faced with long-term therapy. He is currently a vice president with Hunter Douglas, Inc., an international consumer products manufacturer. He spends personal time working to improve services to injured soldiers and veterans.
