Transitional Living Services, a 501 (c) 3 corporation helping homeless veterans, is committed to protecting your privacy. Our policies regarding your privacy follow:

• The TLS Web site does not automatically recognize information regarding your domain or e-mail address. We only collect information provided by the donor or volunteer, such as site registrations, name and address, telephone number, fax number, payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address). No information is collected by browsing our Web site.
• We do not use your information for direct mail or telephone solicitation.
• Donors will be listed on our Web site but requests for anonymity will be honored. Names added to the list will be removed upon request. Contact information for TLS is listed above and below.

• The information collected is used to notify donors and volunteers about updates to our Web site and is only shared with agents or contractors who assist in providing support for our internal operations.
• Information collected will be disclosed if we are legally required to do so: at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation; to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our Web site and applicable laws; or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our Web site.
• We do not set any cookies.
• If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail at the address listed above and below.

• If you supply us with your postal address on-line, you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.

• From time to time, we may use donor and volunteer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change, we will contact you before we use your data for these new purposes to notify you of the policy change and to provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.
• Upon request, we provide donors and volunteers with access to all information (including proprietary information) that we maintain about them. Donors and volunteers can access this information by e-mailing us at the address listed above and below. Consumers can have this information corrected by returning an e-mail to the address listed above and below.
• With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial and credit card information, we redirect visitors to a secure server and will notify visitors through a pop-up screen on our site.
